Young Soy Gallery 榮幸呈獻 Flânerie 《漫步》，展出五位香港年輕藝術家在這座城市中的敘事。
The lineup of our artist who will be showing at “Flânerie”!
藝術家Angelique Santos、Celine Lam、Jerome Leung、Lewis Lee 和 Max Lee 在是次展覽中描繪他們觀察到的景、人、事，以他們的作品實踐視覺上的漫步。 他們的作品承載了他們的反思及對不同社會議題的評論 — 當中包括他們自身的家族歷史、社會上種種的對立、對公共空間的反思和探索情緒等主題。
衣冠楚楚的上班族在雨中奔跑、在學校外耐心等待接送學童的外傭、炎夏裏空調徐徐滴下的水珠…… 這些看似平凡的場景，卻是一個個構成香港獨特寫照的元素。 這些細節只能通過漫步被途人所見，透過漫無目的地散步，街上日常發生的瑣事才能被發掘並被印在心中。
In preparation for Flânerie we hosted our first artist residency!
藝術家們的作品概括了他們與這座城市苦樂參半的關係，以及他們對改寫城市的故事的決心。 參與《漫步》，並以這些年輕人的眼睛觀察這醉人的香江。
