Named after the late Kim il Sung and given as a present from the Japanese, not many people could brag in the afterlife of a flower named after themselves. It would be an insult to try to picture the Kimjongilia on a flat 2D banknote, so the Siebold’s Magnolia had to make due to give the back of the 200 North Korean Won some beauty.
