Rikakorp
Rika Korponay, or Rikakorp, is a Hong Kong based artist and tattooer. Her work is mostly an expression of personal experiences in bright bold colours and fun, playful imagery. Her art mostly started as a self taught practice, and through that practice, the want to get and experience more out of it grew over drawings, paintings, paper, canvas, and murals both indoors and out on the streets.
Tattooing is where she credits her discipline and structure. Everything before that was mostly by feel and by what she’s picked up over the years. Her vision now for her work is how she merges those two parts, before and after, together.
